End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the SlickMile Mobile website at slickmileauto.com or by requesting or receiving service from SlickMile Mobile LLC ("SlickMile", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Description of service

SlickMile provides mobile oil-change service across Connecticut and select service areas in New York and New Jersey. Availability, pricing, and appointment times are subject to change. Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates until confirmed in writing (including by email) after we review your vehicle details.

3. Booking and cancellation

• Appointments are considered confirmed once SlickMile has responded to acknowledge the date, time, and price
• You are responsible for making the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time and location
• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a trip fee

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices include the service performed; additional work (for example, non-standard filters or premium oil upgrades) may add cost, which we will confirm with you before performing.

5. Service standards and warranty

SlickMile performs services with reasonable skill and care using manufacturer-appropriate oil grades and filters. If you believe there is an issue with a service we performed, contact us within 30 days at Admin@slickmileauto.com and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SlickMile's total liability arising from or related to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. SlickMile is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage caused by prior maintenance, or consequential or indirect damages such as lost time or towing costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage)
• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and safely accessible
• Disclose any known mechanical issues that may affect the service

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, submit false booking information, or use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property

The SlickMile name, logo, website content, and materials are owned by SlickMile Mobile LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to requesting or receiving our services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

SlickMile may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
